1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gita Time mobile app, website, and related services provided by Aethon Labs, publishing under the developer name Divine Applications. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Gita Time, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services.

If you use Gita Time on behalf of a child or family, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized adult responsible for the child's device and routine.

2. What Gita Time Provides

Gita Time helps parents create a screen-time routine by gating selected apps or categories where supported and inviting a child to complete a short Gita-based ritual before access unlocks. Platform capabilities differ between Android and iOS, and some features depend on device settings, app-store approval, operating-system permissions, and platform APIs.

Gita Time is a family routine and educational wellness tool. It is not an emergency safety service, medical service, mental-health service, religious authority, school, or substitute for parental supervision.

3. Parent Responsibility

• You are responsible for setup, permissions, schedules, app choices, and device use.
• You are responsible for deciding whether Gita Time is appropriate for your family.
• You must use the app only on devices and accounts you are authorized to manage.
• You should keep your app-store, device, and parent account credentials secure.

4. Accounts And Eligibility

You may need to create or verify a parent account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in an unauthorized, unsafe, fraudulent, or abusive way.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing

Paid features may be offered through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another authorized app-store billing system. If a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial or billing period ends, subscriptions may automatically renew through the applicable app store.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method handling are managed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.

6. App Store Terms

If you download Gita Time from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable app store terms, payment rules, and subscription rules. To the extent these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory app-store terms apply.

For iOS users, these Terms supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is accepted through Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, claims, or warranties for Gita Time, except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for apps distributed through Apple App Store and may enforce the App Store-related terms against you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Gita Time on a device or account you are not authorized to manage.
• Bypass, reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app or its services.
• Use the app to harass, shame, punish, surveil, or harm a child or another person.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content through the app.
• Use the app in violation of app-store rules, laws, or third-party rights.

8. Content And Spiritual Material

Gita Time may include devotional, educational, and reflective content inspired by the Bhagavad Gita and related family values. This content is provided for general learning and family routine purposes. It should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, psychological, or religious advice.

9. Platform Limitations

App-blocking and parental-control behavior depends on operating-system permissions, device settings, manufacturer behavior, app-store policies, and platform APIs. We do not guarantee that every app can be detected, gated, blocked, shielded, or unlocked on every device or operating-system version.

On iOS, Screen Time and Family Controls behavior is controlled by Apple and may require system authorization, entitlement approval, and supported device settings.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information. By using Gita Time, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Gita Time, including its app, website, design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Gita Time may rely on third-party services such as app stores, billing providers, database providers, phone verification providers, and mobile operating-system services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

13. Service Changes And Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Gita Time at any time. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gita Time is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the app will meet every family's needs, operate without interruption, or work with every device, app, operating system, or permission configuration.

15. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of Gita Time.

16. Termination

You may stop using Gita Time at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, misused the service, or used the app unlawfully.

17. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes or legal requirements evolve. If changes are material, we will update the date above and provide notice as appropriate. Continued use of Gita Time after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
